The delicate period has stimulated us to use special attention to take exceptional care of our Guests, obviously including extremely serious and timely safety measures, but it has also facilitated the realization of projects that we have been planning for long time.
We have created an “à la carte” breakfast, with the full choice of croissants and pastries by chef Biasetto, from the Paduan pastry shop of the same name, renowned in Italy and abroad.

Light and fragrant, prepared with mother yeast and genuine ingredients, Biasetto’s breakfast sweets are filled with homemade jam, custard, chocolate, or with pistachio, almonds, pine nuts and raisins from Italian crops.
There is obviously an entire Vegan line, without milk and derivatives, designed to make the unmistakable taste of Biasetto products accessible to all.
